Cross-Market Green-up in football markets
This is a demonstration of how you can "cash out" (green up) a bet placed in one market with a bet placed in another market of the same football event.
The video shows MarketFeeder Pro running triggers that place bets automatically.
To download the triggers and run them in your MarketFeeder Pro, go to this article:

How to work with graphs in MarketFeeder Pro
Graphs help you stay on top of where the prices are going and control other important information about the market.
MarketFeeder Pro offers you a simple and intuitive Charts widget you can use to view the following selection parameters in dynamics:
• Back price
• Lay price
• Pressure of Money
• Last traded price
• Traded volume (in currency units)
• Volume %
You can even view the selection’s BetFair graph, although we have an excellent dedicated service for this called BFCharts ( [link] )

BFStats is an analytical instrument for assessing betting strategies based on BetFair historical market data.

If you have never heard of BetFair, here is a link that will get you a free bonus for your first bet:
[link]
However, even if you are placing your bets elsewhere, BFStats will give you a huge competitive edge.
It will instantly show you the profit/loss forecast for chosen strategies.
BFStats gives you a library of analytical reports on how a particular betting strategy performs over time (flat stakes). Using interactive settings and widgets, you can fine-tune the strategy and choose the best configuration for maximised profit, such as:
• Number of runners in a race
• Race distance
• First, second, third, etc. favourite
• Price range
• Minute of the match (for football strategies)
• Number of goals
• Which team scores first
• Countries
• Leagues
The reports provide projected profit/loss figures for back and lay bets, with a 5% exchange commission in mind.
We have hundreds of thousands of real historical market data to tap into, for a credible, robust statistical instrument that will guide you in the sea of uncertainty that online betting often is.
Discounts for multiple reports, custom reports are also available.

BACK and LAY Scalping with triggers
Triggers are smart enough to do automated scalping. Scalping is a betting technique in which you place back and lay bets at the edge of the currently traded price, to secure guaranteed profit regardless of the outcome.
Traders normally do scalping manually, using the Ladder. While you can also do this manually in MarketFeeder Pro, I recommend using triggers.
Triggers will place the opening bets, update them regularly to reflect the changing prices, and eventually execute a stop-loss just before the off if some of the bets are unmatched.
In this video, we’ll watch triggers do scalping in real-time mode, with REAL bets on BetFair.
You can download the triggers and try them on your own:

How to place Dutching bets and green them up with MarketFeeder Pro
Today we are looking at two hot #BetFair trading techniques at once (and none of them is about #triggers!)
Have you ever tried first placing some #Dutching bets and then greening them up with profit? Easy-peasy if you have special instruments for that!
You can turn on automated greening up in any market: it will track all “open” bets and automatically trade them out with the profit margin you’ll specify.
At the same time, you can place Dutching bets on the chosen group of selections, with a ton of extra settings.
Now, just combine the two techniques to perform the following within seconds: first place Dutching bets at prices that are better than the market ones. Then green up the bets, aiming to green up as many as possible, to achieve maximum profit.
Curious how this is even possible? Watch the video until the end, as we will be BACKING in the first half and LAYING in the second one.
Want to find out how profitable Dutching is? See how much you would win or lose if you bet in thousands of markets:

How to spot a service break in Tennis using triggers?
How to register a situation when a player lost a game they were serving in?
Watch this video to see how a trigger automatically trades out after a serving player loses a game.
If you want to create a trigger yourself, use the following conditions:
- Selection's Trigger Expression tennis_current_server is equal to 3 - sel_index
- AND Selection's Trigger Expression tennis_player_games_won is equal to tennis_p_player_games_won
- AND Any Other Selection's Trigger Expression other_tennis_player_games_won is greater than other_tennis_p_player_games_won
With the first condition, you demand that the index of the serving player (trigger variable tennis_current_server) does not equal to the index of the player you are betting on (sel_index).
With the second condition, you make sure that the number of games your player has won (trigger variable tennis_player_games_won) has not changed compared to the previous game (tennis_p_player_games_won) before one of the players won it. In other words, the condition is for your player NOT to win the previous game.
Using the third condition, you request that the other player did win the previous game. The prefix other_ tells the program to check the selection variable for the other selection and not for the one the trigger is acting on.

How to place a delayed bet in MarketFeeder Pro
You often ask whether MarketFeeder supports delayed bets or pending orders.
What is it all about? You leave an order for a bet that should be placed only when the price of your selection has “deteriorated” beyond the specified threshold.
For example, right now the price is 5.0, and you want to place a delayed BACK bet at 4.0, or a delayed LAY bet at 8.0.
But here’s a catch: the online exchange. i.e. #BetFair, does NOT have native support for delayed bets. It will always seek to match your bet at the best possible price. Therefore, your back bet at 4.0 it will immediately match at 5.0 without waiting or asking you about your intentions.
Luckily, with #MarketFeeder Pro, you can place a delayed bet using a simple trigger.
This video demonstrates how to place delayed back and lay bets on BetFair.
You will see the trigger setup and how the triggers kick in at the right moments.

Arranging market selections on the screen in MarketFeeder Pro
#BetFair arranges selections (horses, dogs, teams, etc.) on the screen according to their internal algorithm. With football, it is a fixed order of selections, such as The Draw always being the third in the Match Odds market. With #horseRaces and #GreyhoundRaces, it is usually the anticipated #favourite first, although this is not always true for Australian races.
You can change this sorting order and arrange the selections the way you want it, using selection’s properties, such as:
• Rank (lowest price has the first rank)
• Volume
• Stall number
• Days since last run
This short video explains how to do this in MarketFeeder Pro – a program for #automatedbetting on BetFair. Try it free for 2 weeks:

Horse racing volume before and after the off
Here is an interesting snippet from BFCharts ( [link] ).
If you look at #HorseRacing market graphs before and after the off, you will spot a remarkable difference between the intensity of #MatchedVolume growth just before the market starts, and its rather slow inflow after the market turns In-Play.
You would think that exchange players would be more impulsive in their betting patterns at In-Play, yet the height of the volume bars hardly reaches up to half of what it is before the off.

How to use trigger logs to debug your betting strategies - MarketFeeder Pro
The most common question we hear from customers is: Why is my trigger not placing bets?
I tend to ask them to show me the trigger log. That usually leaves the customer clueless…
Trigger logs are a powerful tool for testing and debugging your #betting #strategies.
In this video, I am showing how to use logs to find out why triggers might not be placing bets in certain markets. I will be using a popular set of triggers for Laying on #Greyhounds with #lossrecovery:
[link]
I am looking into several trigger conditions that are preventing the trigger from placing bets. You will learn what you can do to unblock your triggers. Having watched this video till the end, you will likely be able to polish your #bettingstrategies on your own, using #MarketFeeder Pro.

Repeating betting actions with triggers
Repeating betting actions with triggers – a simple case with an example
You can repeat the same trigger action over and over, and let me tell you how in this video.
We will back the first horse in the list and keep placing new bets as soon as the previous ones are matched, each time increasing the bet size by 10%.
You can see the result of such trigger in the video. Naturally, you can add more complexity to it, for example, only bet if the selection is the favourite, or bet if there is at least X amount in your account, but those are topics for some other video.
I used MarketFeeder Pro to place these automated bets, and you can do this too if you check it out at:

The Under 0.5 goals graphs
#betfair #bfcharts #soccer #football #betting
The Under 0.5 goals graph in First Half Goals 0.5 is very predictable: it will always slope down exponentially.
This means, the price of Under 0.5 will be falling rapidly at the beginning of the match, then slow down towards the 45th minute or by the time the first goal is scored. In other words, the first 10 – 15 minutes of a game show the best dynamic for Under 0.5 goals.
The second selection, Over 0.5, demonstrates the opposite behaviour, growing exponentially and increasing in price at a higher pace toward the market closure.
Draw your own conclusions…

Laying all horses at a price below 2.0
Elaborating on the topic of laying below 2.0.
The trick will work very well with horses, only here it is easier to lay the entire field at a chosen price. The lower the price, the higher is your profit, however, the lower still is the probability that both horses will arrive at that price. This can only happen if some horse gets ahead of an obvious favourite closer to the end of the race.
How can you quickly lay on all horses? The easiest way is to switch to the Engineer mode and place all bets with one button.
Even if only one of them gets matched, your losses will be moderate due to the low price: with a bet at 1.2, it is only 20% of your initial bet size.
If two or more are matched on the other hand, the result is in the video attached! :)
